Hi, thanks for commenting. I generally order what I'm craving at the time when I have coffee - in this case, it was a cafe mocha. Sometimes I'm in the mood for a regular old cup of coffee, sometimes I want an espresso, etc. Sometimes I make Turkish or Vietnamese coffee at home.

I may or may not be in a position to properly evaluate coffee, but my best suggestion is for you to try out Flying Goat if you happen to be in the area. If you're a coffee snob perhaps you're in a better position to judge.

i'm sorry, but if that fluffy concoction was what you ordered at flying goat, you didn't really have coffee. and if that fluffy concoction is what you always request when you order coffee, then you're not really in a position to properly evaluate coffee.
