I had just finished the one I had left from last nights meal from Amoo's, which is a favorite of mine. Although I am no expert, his version differs from that which is served in his restaurant when he is not there. It was a delight to see him when I picked up my order, and to have his version of the drink as well. It is minty with little pepper very little salt which sometimes tends to overpower the drink. Have you had a meal by Left Coast Catering? Try anything Italian! I am biased, but not wrong about how good it is. She came back East and cooked for her brother's wedding.
