		<description>Yep, I think so. They were definitely cooked before being fried/pressed. Nothing better than tender, buttery potatoes on the inside, crispy and flavored with onions and spices on the outside.</description>

		<description>what are those potatoes? they look delicious! like the type that are extra tasty b/c they were cooked once the day before, but since you did too many, you have to fry some more for breakfast the next day. YUM!</description>
