i have NEVER seen chick peas in their pods before. for some reason i never even imagined that they had one. hahaahaa. i must have thought they popped out of the earth in all their wrinkly goodness alone and podless. hahahaa. how were they cooked? roasted? did you eat the pod or was it like edamame? did you suck the beany goodness from the pod? peal the pod off? i&#039;m totally curious.</description>
