Sapporo-ya

Prosciutto-wrapped shrimp with Marsala glaze

According to the original recipe I picked up in Food & Wine, these shrimp were supposed to be grilled. I improvised and broiled them instead, and the result was still pretty good. I mean, c’mon. There’s crispy prosciutto involved. Need I say more?

Little Sheep Hot Pot

The name itself was enough to make me want to go, and since my first visit I’ve gone back time and time again for Little Sheep Hot Pot’s brothy goodness. For the uninitiated, hot pot is like the East Asian version of fondue, only better.
